Damages and Issues 

We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, occasionally things happen in transit that are beyond our control.

We kindly ask that you inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or issues, please contact us immediately, we have a 30 day refund policy, which means you must request a refund within 30 days of receipt of a damaged item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged in transition, due to no fault of your own.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on alcohol purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage (including packaging and product)

  • Your order number

Once we receive and review your proof of damage, a refund will be issued on your original payment method, per the damaged item(s), as appropriate. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
